Peglite

Peggle meets balatro! A  rogue-like peggle-like game with upgrade elements and unlockables! Math your way into success and begin a very confusing journey on how to become the best at Peglite!

Controls:

• Mouse - move to aim and right click to launch
• R - reset
• Space - launch
• Secret code - hard reset

This is a prototype game that will be upgraded as it goes.  The textures are not ready yet, they will definitely change.  The whole gameplay loop design and aesthetics is still in active development.

Update (July 31st 2025):

• Added 40+ new perks!
• Added perk rarities! (common, uncommon, rare, epic, legendary and mythic)
• Added ball skins! You can now choose from 5 different skins to play with!
• Added new map layouts! (5 unique layouts to randobly stumble across!)
• Added 4 new pegs!
• Added a whole new deck! (dual deck)
• Added highscores!
• Added a new tab to track current perks!
• Revised some textures and added new ones.
• Made everything more lively!
• Added new sounds!
• Fixed a bunch of bugs.

With new pegs and new perks come a bunch of new mechanics:

• Crits (crit chance and multiplier)
• Per peg power ups
• Per perk power ups
• Rarities (and their upgrades mid-run)
• "every peg hit" upgrades (regardless of type)
• Reroll and skip
• Emerald pegs - refresh and temporarily upgrade all pegs on the board (until end of round)
• Rainbow gem peg - strongest peg there is O_O
• Dual pegs - act like both '+ mult' and '+ points' pegs.
• Heavily relying on luck and strategy (will be improved soon)
